Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change after registering for the Agentic AI Conference. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event: Eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received within 29 days of the event: No refund will be issued.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@mlafrica.com
A registered delegate may nominate a substitute to attend in their place at no additional cost, provided written notice is received at least 3 days before the event.
Substitutions are encouraged to avoid cancellation fees.
For group registrations, the above cancellation terms apply to each individual delegate.
Substitutions within a group booking are permitted at no additional cost.
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or postponed by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events):
Delegates will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer of their registration to the rescheduled event.
The organizers will not be responsible for covering delegates’ travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
Delegates who do not attend the conference and have not provided written cancellation will be charged the full registration fee.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer)
